The Cougars are pleased to release the current schedule for the 2010 Training Camp. The returning players from August's Tryout Camp will fight for the 20 spots available on the 2010/2011 Cariboo Cougars roster. All ice times are at the CN Centre.

The series of upgrades for BC's Northern Team continues this season with the purchase of a new set of goal nets. Check out pictures of the new nets below, set to debut in game action, September 25th weekend.

The Cariboo Cougars need Prince George families who are interested in billeting an out of town player. While all arrangements will be made directly between the players family and the billet family, the Cougars can assist in connecting interested families. The Cariboo Cougars have completed the 2010 Tryout Camp by selecting the 48 players who will move on to the next stage, the 2010 Training Camp during the September long weekend. Among the squad, 5 goaltenders, 15 defencemen and 28 forwards. Thirteen 17-year-olds were chosen, along with twenty-one 16-year-olds and fourteen 15-year-olds. The Cougars also committed to 12 players (incidated in Bold on the roster) as mandated by BC Hockey. Click below to view the entire roster.

The Cariboo Cougars have confirmed the 2010 Goalie Camp will take place, as a high number of netminders have registered for the camp. The information for the camp is as follows:

Thursday August 5^th Goalie Pre-Camp; Coliseum
Goalies check-in:  4:30pm
Ice Times from 6pm to 8pm
Interviews/releases immediately after ice
