The Cariboo Cougars are very excited to announce that the team's entire playoff run will be broadcast online on CaribooCougars.ca, with Play-by-Play Annoucer Alex Rawnsley traveling with the team wherever they go during the 2011 BCMML Playoffs.

All games in Kin 1 will continue to be broadcast live online, beginning with the Cougars Online Countdown to Faceoff 15 minutes prior to the start of the game. On the road, the type of broadcast will be dependant on the location, with most locations having sufficient internet access to provide Cougar fans a full video and audio live broadcast. Those locations that we are unable to deliver a video broadcast from, the Cougars will still aim to have a live audio broadcast to listen to, with the video component being produced after the game so that viewers can watch and listen to the game the next day in a Video on Demand-type service.

In a worst case scenario, where neither a video or audio broadcast is available, the game will be recorded live and made available as soon as possible after the final whistle, again with the Video on Demand Service. The end result will be, no matter where the Cougars go this season, you can follow them either live or via video on demand the next day. All of our regular segments will be featured on the broadcast, including 10 Questions, Better Know A Cougar and the Trivia Question. The Cougars are also looking at doing a special set of playoff features, and news about those will come at a later date.
