Raymond was born in Prince George and played all of his hockey in Prince George. He has been playing rep hockey since he was a first year peewee. He was the assistant captain of his peewee B team and the Captain of his Peewee AAA team. Raymond played 2 years of Bantam AAA and most recently won U 16 BC Cup, he was also invited to the U 16 team BC provincial camp. Raymond played 2 years of spring hockey with the BC Interior Selects. Raymond was drafted by the Prince George Cougars in the 5th round, 107th overall. Raymond is very excited and proud to be a part of the Cariboo Cougars.
Raymond played all-star soccer till the age of 13 as a striker and still enjoys to play. He also enjoys playing golf, tennis, and basketball. Raymond’s favourite hockey team is the Vancouver Canucks, and his favourite player is Alexander Ovechkin of the Washington Capitals.
